## Buying and auctions

### How does buying a motorcycle at auction work?

You choose a lot, we estimate the turnkey cost and set your maximum bid in the contract. Then we bid on your behalf. After a win, the motorcycle goes through logistics and customs and is handed over to you with a full document set.

### What do the R, A, B condition grades on the auction sheet mean?

Auction houses grade every motorcycle by condition. Letter and numeric grades reflect overall condition and any defects or repair marks. We explain a specific lot's grade in plain terms and recommend options in acceptable condition.

### Can I order a specific model that is not in stock right now?

Yes. If the model you want is not in stock, we look for it among current auction lots to match your request and budget. As soon as a suitable option appears, we let you know.

## Price and payment

### What makes up the final turnkey price?

The final cost includes the lot price at auction, auction fees, logistics from Japan, statutory customs charges, and our service. We provide an estimate before bidding begins.

### How does payment work - is full prepayment required?

Yes, taking part in bidding requires 100% prepayment of the estimated lot cost - we buy the motorcycle on your behalf with these funds. If the lot is won below your maximum, the difference is refunded or credited toward the final costs (customs, delivery within Ukraine).

### What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are made by bank transfer - we provide the payment details when the order is placed. The exact order and payment stages are agreed in the contract before bidding.

## Timing and documents

### How long does shipping from Japan take?

The motorcycle first reaches our warehouse in Japan and then ships by sea inside a container. Timing depends on how the container fills and on shipping-line schedules - we share estimated dates during processing and keep the status updated in your account.

### Is the motorcycle sold cleared through customs? What documents do I get?

Yes, we complete full customs clearance in Ukraine and pay the statutory charges. Together with the motorcycle you receive the full set of documents needed for registration at the service centre.

## Warranty and condition

### Do you provide a warranty on the motorcycle?

Warranty terms are discussed individually and set in the contract. Each motorcycle's condition is confirmed in advance by the official auction sheet, so you know what you are buying before the deal.

### What is pre-sale preparation?

It is a check and service before handover: diagnostics, replacing consumables if needed, and fixing minor issues. The scope of work is agreed with you separately.
