How MOTOVULKAN collects, uses and protects your personal data.

## Privacy policy

MOTOVULKAN (the "Company") respects your privacy and processes personal data in line with the Ukrainian Law "On Protection of Personal Data". This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

### 1\. Data we collect

-   Contact details: name, phone number, email, delivery city.
-   Data required to sign a contract and clear customs.
-   Technical data about site visits: cookies and anonymised analytics.

### 2\. Purpose of processing

We process data to provide services, contact you about your order, prepare the contract and documents, and improve the site. We do not use data for purposes incompatible with these.

### 3\. Legal basis and consent

Processing is based on performing the contract with you and on your consent, given when you submit a request or contact us. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

We share data only to the extent needed to deliver the service: with logistics and customs partners, banks, and public authorities where the law requires. We do not sell your personal data.
