How a motorcycle travels from our Japan warehouse to your city: route, timing, tracking.

## Shipping a motorcycle from Japan

After a win at auction, the motorcycle travels from our Japan warehouse to your city. Here is how it works and what you see at each stage.

### The route

First the motorcycle is moved from the auction yard to our warehouse in Japan, where it is prepared for export. Then it ships by sea inside a container to a port in Ukraine, followed by customs clearance and delivery to you.

### Container consolidation

To keep shipping affordable, motorcycles travel grouped in one container. Timing therefore depends on how the container fills and on shipping-line schedules - we share estimated dates during processing.

### Tracking

The current status - at the Japan warehouse, at sea, in customs, or on the way to you - is shown in your account on the site.

### Delivery within Ukraine

After clearance we arrange delivery to your city, or hand the motorcycle over at our warehouse in Bila Tserkva - whichever suits you.

### Documents
