Rules for using the MOTOVULKAN website and services, return and exchange terms.

## Terms of service

These terms govern the use of the motovulkan.com website and the services provided by MOTOVULKAN (the "Company"). By using the site and ordering services you agree to these terms.

### 1\. General

The Company provides motorcycle sourcing, bidding on the client's behalf, import, and customs clearance of motorcycles from Japan. The specific terms of each order are set out in a separate contract between you and the Company; these terms are general and do not replace that contract.

### 3\. Orders and settlements

An estimated turnkey cost of a lot is provided before bidding. Bidding requires a 100% prepayment of the estimated cost; the service fee and settlement procedure are set in the contract. The auction bid, logistics, and statutory customs charges are paid according to the order terms.

### 4\. Returns and exchange

Consumer rights are governed by the Ukrainian Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights". Goods of proper quality may be returned or exchanged within 14 days provided the presentation, consumer properties, and completeness are preserved and a proof of purchase is available.

Given the nature of a vehicle, exchange or return is possible provided the odometer reading and actual condition match those recorded at handover.

### 5\. Liability

The Company makes reasonable efforts to keep site information accurate. The condition of each motorcycle is defined by the official auction sheet; estimates are not a final price until confirmed in the contract.

### 6\. Intellectual property

Site materials (text, images, design elements) belong to the Company or are used lawfully and may not be copied without permission.
