Documents to register a motorcycle

After customs clearance the motorcycle must be registered. To keep the process smooth, a complete set of documents matters.

What is usually required

• Documents confirming import and customs clearance.
• An export certificate or its equivalent from the country of origin.
• A document confirming ownership.
• The owner''s ID and tax number.

Where registration happens

Registration is done at the service centre. There the documents are checked and the vehicle is identified by its frame number.
